As of September 1, 2017, Spa Medic is now part of Offenbachers Home Escapes (formerly Spas East), a Washington DC area retailer specializing in hot tubs, swim spas, outdoor furniture and indoor gaming products.
Offenbachers Home Escapes has been in business since the early 1970’s and has been carrying hot tubs and swim spas since 1986. This new partnership allows Spa Medic to provide even more efficient service than before, and provides access to a wider array of hot tub and spa parts. Plus, Spa Medic customers could be eligible for Offenbachers Home Escapes spa trade-in program, when the time comes to get a new hot tub or swim spa.
